Committed to the ambitious vision of "create a new China Building Materials overseas" and to further promote the implementation of the international development strategy, Mr. Liu Xin, the President of Sinoma Energy Conservation, was recently invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new investment project in Navoi region, presided over by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan.

During his visit in Uzbekistan, Liu Xin paid visits to the Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan, Jurabek Mirzamahmudov, the Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, Aliyev, the Chairman of the Chemical Industry Group, Jimur Mohammed Zanov, and the Chairman of the Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant, Farouk Samatov. He also witnessed the signing of the investment agreement for the Navoi Green Energy Low Carbon Project in Uzbekistan by the subsidiary International Investment Company, which laid an important foundation for the smooth start of the project.

Liu Xin introduced to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev the achievements of China National Building Materials Group in the three major business sectors of basic building materials, new materials, and engineering technology services, as well as the advantages of Sinoma Energy Conservation in the fields of clean energy, industrial energy conservation, and new building energy-saving materials. He also reported on the development of Sinoma Energy Conservation's business in Uzbekistan and its next work plan. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his appreciation for the progress of Sinoma Energy Conservation and the Navoi Green Energy Low Carbon Project, and called on all ministries to fully cooperate to ensure the project start and completion timely. He also urged active engagement with Sinoma Energy Conservation to further deepen cooperation in the fields of clean energy supply, energy-saving upgrading, geothermal energy utilization and other fields.

In the interview, Liu Xin once again introduced the development and achievements of China National Building Materials Group and Sinoma Energy Conservation, with a particular emphasis on the promising prospects of the group's and Sinoma Energy Conservation's advantageous businesses in Uzbekistan. He stated that they will fully utilize the advantages of the group and Sinoma Energy Conservation in the fields of new materials, clean energy, energy conservation and environmental protection to contribute to the green and low-carbon development of Uzbekistan.

During the talks, the Uzbek side stated that Uzbekistan's economy is growing rapidly, and the government attaches great importance to energy conservation, environmental protection, and energy transformation, striving to find a green and low-carbon development path. Both sides actively discussed how to fully leverage the technological advantages of Sinoma Energy Conservation in clean energy supply, industrial energy conservation, especially geothermal energy, and engaged in-depth exchanges on further deepening cooperation, exploring new development models, and promoting the implementation of new projects.

Liu Xin attended the signing ceremony of the investment agreement between Sinoma Energy Conservation International Investment Company and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan on the Navoi Green Energy Low Carbon Project, and had in-depth exchanges with senior leadership of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan and the Chemical Group on the current progress of the project and the issues that need to be jointly promoted and resolved by both sides. Relevant departments of Uzbekistan expressed their full cooperation to ensure the smooth implementation of the project aiming to bring the project to fruition and achieve results as soon as possible.

This visit to Uzbekistan will effectively promote the international business development of Sinoma Energy Conservation, laying a solid foundation for further expanding into the Uzbekistan and Central Asian markets.
