Recently, Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Material Group (CNBM), visited CNBM Nigeria, a subsidiary of Sinoma Energy Conservation, to investigate and guide the work. Mr. Zha Xiao, assistant general manager of CNBM Group, party secretary and chairman of CNBM General Academy, Mr. Cha Jinxiang, general manager of Strategic Development Department (International Cooperation Department) of CNBM Group, and Mr. Liu Qinghua, deputy director of Office of CNBM Group (Office of the Board of Directors) and director of Foreign Affairs Office, accompanied him in the research.

Zhou Yuxian and his delegation visited Sinoma-EC（Nigeria） office building, calcium silicate board production workshop, raw material warehouse, etc., and learned about CNBM Nigeria's corporate culture, production process and series of products. Mr. Zhang Hui, Chairman ofSinoma-EC（Nigeria）, made a detailed report on the current production and operation, marketing, cost control, problems and future targets and measures.

Zhou Yuxian fully affirmed the achievements made by CNBM Nigeria in the development of the country, congratulated it on the breakthrough progress in production management, market development and localized talent cultivation, and put forward three requirements for the next step of the work: firstly, we should further improve the understanding of the Group's “whole business, whole process, whole element” going out, and continue to strengthen the synergistic development of the Group's sister enterprises to achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing. First, we should further enhance the understanding of the Group's “whole business, whole process, whole element” going out, and continue to strengthen the synergistic development of the Group's sister enterprises to realize complementary advantages, resource sharing and mutual benefit; in view of the reality that CNBM Nigeria is facing such problems as high energy cost, the Group is required to collaborate to solve the problem and to form a competitive advantage; and we should do a good job in controlling each link to reduce the cost of production and to increase the utilization rate of production capacity. Secondly, internationalization development should be “go out, go in, go up”, market-oriented, based on Nigeria, rooted in Nigeria, and improve the service ability and quality of industrial management team. Thirdly, we should make full use of the soft power of the Group, tell the story of CNBM, take the development strategy of the Group as the guide, do a good job in market positioning, form the scale of industry as soon as possible, become bigger and stronger, and add bricks and mortar to the creation of a China National Building Material overseas.
